Adds parentheses while keeping surrounding whitespace outside them. Running it again removes one matching pair.

Workflow
Use Wrap in Parentheses
Follow these steps to toggle parentheses around selected text with ActionClip.
- Select the text you want to use.
- Choose Wrap in Parentheses from ActionClip.
- In editable text, ActionClip replaces the selection immediately. In read-only text, it opens the result for review and copying.
