# Clean Lines action for ActionClip

Trim lines and remove empty ones from selected text.

Handles standard and rich-text line breaks, trims surrounding whitespace, and removes blank lines while preserving the order of the remaining lines.

## How to trim lines and remove empty ones from selected text with ActionClip

1. Select the text you want to use.
2. Choose **Clean Lines** from ActionClip.
3. In editable text, ActionClip replaces the selection immediately. In read-only text, it opens the result for review and copying.
